Tips for Making Money at Storage Auctions
If you are looking for a good way to make money at the weekend or as a part time job you might want to hit storage auctions and buy up abandoned storage units which can be a good way to make money without a tremendous amount of effort. You will have to cart away the goods and sell them online or at local store but the payoffs can be big if you find a hidden treasure. Bring Lots of Cash – You will need to pay for your lockers in cash so bring plenty of cash. Depending on how full the locker is and what kind of things it is filled with prices can go into the thousands of dollars. It is probably best to start on the lower end of things and set a limit on how much you are willing to spend.
Bring a Truck – You will need to haul away everything in the locker so consider bringing a truck or van if you have access to one. You will have a certain amount of time to empty out the locker and often it is 48 hours or less so you might want to get started moving those Intex inflatable pools.
